"First time in Lisbon. The hotel is situated in a great location, easy access to public transport, restaurants and local sites. The hotel itself is lovely, contemporary and very clean.We booked a room with a balcony and city view which was room 407. We were very pleased with the room and the view was fantastic of Rossio square. The breakfast was nice, fresh and enough selection but possibly could have had a bit of variety each day. The WiFi was great and always stayed connected. Now to the staff. The whole team are so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I found this made our stay so much more memorable as I really appreciate staff to offer good customer service. In particular we would like to mention Pedro on the reception. He goes above and beyond. He has an exceptional way about him with his excellent customer service skills, knowledge, super friendly and a great sense of humour. It really made us feel well looked after.
