When we arrived there was no linen on the sofa bed and after 7 calls they finally brought the linen 5 hours later and after 10 pm. The apartment has no heat and was freezing cold. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile e i bagni, anche se in comune, sono molto puliti; inoltre ce ne sono diversi per piano e non si rischia di dover far la coda. Non portate valigie troppo pesanti però, le scale possono essere un po' ostiche."
