No parking. Street is closed off for pedestrians only so good luck if you have luggage. Whether you are dropped off by a driver or park your vehicle in the nearest public underground parking lot (380 meters from hotel), have fun rolling your luggage up and down the steep cobblestone streets. Btw, parking elevator doesn’t work so don’t pull your back our taking bags up and down the stairs. The bedroom was mediocre. No toiletries of any kind provided. An air and lighting system so tricky we had to call for assistance late in the evening. The smell in the entire hotel, especially hallways, was unbearable! Was like a giant toilet or backed up sewer system. I had to hold my breath every time we walked outside the room. Chiado is beautiful but there are MANY more desirable places I would have preferred to stay. Live and learn.
