Happy stay

Initially we had issues with the WiFi, television and air conditioning at the hotel. They tried to fix it immediatly. However, by the next day we still were not happy and requested a refund. We were then offered the Alternative to move to another room or another of their hotels. We chose to move and had no issues with anything there. The air conditionig was good, TV worked well and so did the wifi. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I would recommend this place.

Overall experience was okay. Breakfast was good but I wasn’t satisfied with the room itself. Wifi barely worked, bathroom was small and the shower area had mold on the ceiling. The door handle going out to the balcony almost broke apart when I opened the door. AC barely worked as well. The interior seems modern but it’s slowly falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend people to stay here

Decepcionante y sucio

Bastante deficiente. Habitación con multitud de problemas, papel pintado sucio o despegado, baño enano cuya puerta de ducha no cerraba, suciedad en el suelo , terraza sucia y en mal estado. Solo se salvaba el personal y la cama y por eso no les pongo la peor nota. Falta mantenimiento y ponerlo al día por todas partes y para colmo la habitación era un sótano sin cobertura y con el ruido de la máquina de ventilación/aire acondicionado

Hotel posizionato non proprio nel centro ma ben collegato con la metro. Personale gentile e disponibile. La camera era abbastanza ampia e luminosa e dotata di tutti i servizi (prodotti da bagno, asciugamani, mini frigo, asciugacapelli).

La chambre etait petit pour une chamre double, pas de prise courant a cote du lit, dans la salle de bain il n y avait pas des pateres pour acrocher les serviettes ni un endroit pour le savon. Le petit dejeuner etait correcte.

Good for late last minute check in

We were able to do a late check in which was very nice. The staff was very friendly but the room smelled like cigarett and was not in the best shape.

The air conditioning was broken for our stay and management could not help with anything. The area around this hotel isn’t great. Beds and pillows are ok. Rooms are clean and shower is good. It was quiet inside the hotel apart from the fact we had to have the window open so there was a lot of street noise

WLAN funktioniert nicht auf allen Stockwerken zuverlässig. Würde dieses Hotel aus diesem Grund nicht mehr buchen. In der Lobby hat WLAN funktioniert. Auf dem Zimmer war das WLAN sehr unzuverlässig. Manchmal hat es funktioniert, meistens ist jedoch keine Internet Verbindung zustande gekommen. Für mich absolut ungenügend!

Great Location & Superb Staff

My Hotel was changed to the Saldanha from the Luxe. So hope review can be attributed to the right Hotel. Perfect comfort & staff were marvellous & on hand whenever required. Given stay was during the Pandemic the place functioned superbly. Can’t fault in any way!!!

Gut gelegen nähe Metro. Ruhige Lage und sichere Lage. Im Innern wenig Lärm von Dritten. Stets saubere und ordentliche Einrichtung. Loch in der Bettwäsche; Türe zur Duscheinrichtung schlecht montiert, da nicht richtig geschlossen werden konnte - wobei kein Wasser aus der Duscheinrichtung austrat.
