We that this property had no elevator so we had to go up 3 flights of stairs to our room at 4 AM since our flight from Madrid got extremely delayed. Thank goodness we only had 2 medium-sized suitcases and 2 light carry-ons. Our room was very spacious and clean and the AC was terrific given the brutal summer heat in Lisbon. I would have given this property 5-stars but the location was a hit-and miss for me. It was near the airport which was awesome, but it was a bit far from the city centre. You can easily Uber or take the metro (I recommend Uber if you are a family of 3 adults or more. It is so much cheaper compared to the metro) but I still wished the location was more central. But that is just a personal preference of mine and something to keep in mind for travellers who want to be near the action in the city. That being said, there is no shortage of restaurants and eateries in this area. Just go down the hotel and there are lots to choose from.

We got off our cruise ship and walked to this hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk, but be aware you will be pulling your suitcases on cobblestone. It's definitely doable, but be aware. We stayed for 4 nights. This hotel exceeded our expectations!. It was very nice and the staff was always helpful! It's in a great location that is fairly flat. You don't even have to walk a block to eat at a different restaurant every night. If I come back to Lisbon, this is where I will stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, I was only there for a couple of days and they accommodated any requests that we made. Great location, highly recommended.

Very well located, however be careful when opening the trunk of the taxi to get your luggage (sloped).. the elevator is slow, but very stable.. Breakfast next door is amazing.. wine bar is awesome !!
