"From check in till departure staff were brilliant. Attentive ,curteous, knowledgeable. This is a hotel undergoing and undergone renovation. Not only in its physical sense but also in its service its guests. I hope to see the Spa reopen with pool. Not withstanding this a very pleasent stay and breakfast was great both in quantity and presentation. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location . Room look like it had been updated this year , clean and nice size we brought 2 small dogs with us so booked the room with outside space it was lovely a sun trap . We booked breakfast because we had the dogs we had to sit in the ballroom which we never minded the hotel knew we had booked but the table was not set the lights where not on . This really is our only criticism. They have a rose garden which was quite unkempt but a lovely place to sit . The hotel...

"Overall a good stay, nothing special but was comfy and pleasant - can’t remember his name but the night manager with the piercings is a credit to your company. What an angel he was! Super welcoming after a long day. "
