"This hotel is tucked away but when you enter it has lovely gardens, courtyard and the pool is great. The staff are very friendly and looked after us well. A small housekeeping tip gets you some very interesting towel creatures/flowers in your room! We enjoyed the food from the restaurant, which was very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good too. "The drive to the hotel took us down a side street as opposed to a main road giving a very bad first impression but on arriving at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. "I paid in full to Expedia when I booked. However, when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel manage told me there was no reversation for me and if I wanted to stay, I had to pay them. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours.
