He made sure our stay here was amazing from start to finish. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in faced the city, and the noise from traffic made it hard to sleep. The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing for rooms facing busy streets. Overall, it's a great value with excellent service, but light sleepers may want to request a quieter room.
