The property had a wonderful staff and the view of the Nile was amazing. Everyone was willing to assist at time. Bar tender Ahmed was amazing and bar rmanager Mohammed we above and beyond to accommodate. I would definitely make this a top stay destination if staying in Luxor.

Great hotel excellent staff and service however it is ridiculous to pay 33 dollars for a glass of johnny walker black wich is considered their premium whisky. I could understand for macalan in arab country. I strongly recommend if you like good whisky bring your own from duty free before your arrival. Still staff and service were great !!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and the balcony added a nice touch. The hotel was very nicely decorated and we enjoyed their Lebanese restaurant and bar.

The hotel is immaculate. The breakfast buffet is enormous and the staff are very attentive. The hotel sits on the east bank of the Nile which gives a great view of the sunset. The only disappointments are the restaurants. They’re overpriced and the food is bland.
