Sayed and his team did a great job. Followed through on everything. We arrived at the airport, had a driver/tour guide, went on a tour, then to boat, which was as advertised. There are a lot of boat options - so I just asked for photos of the exact boat which he sent, and it was exactly that. This was all arranged on short notice too. The tour guides were generally good and vehicles all great which was nice after coming from Cairo where a taxi/Uber quality is so poor.
I would recommend book and ask them to handle everything you need in Aswan to Luxor to have a great trip. A cruise is peaceful and a nice way to see the countryside. I only wish I had done a bit longer one as its a lot of temples to see in only 3 nights

"Our favorite hotel on Luxor, beautiful sunset views with the Nile as your back drop. The staff was so helpful and nice. They gave us the option of 2 different rooms, which my wife loved. "Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."
