"It was 98 degrees outside and the A/C was not running when we checked in. There were 3 of us in the room but only towels for 2 people. There was a pair of dirty underwear stuck behind the garbage can in the restroom. Room service knocked on the door at 915AM with a do not disturb sign hanging.
