Staff are welcoming and friendly. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need. The hotel is close to everything- walkable distances to Central Park (11blocks), MOMA (7blocks) and The High Line and Chelsea market (11 blocks) for example. A stones throw from the rockerfeller centre and Times Square and right on Broadway ! Stayed here several times and will always recommend.
