"This property was good. Will definitely be using it as my home away from home when I visit Montauk. A couple of things that would help to make it a better stay: 1.) wiping down dust in the cottages a little better 2.) steam cleaning sofa’s as they were a bit dirty to sit on (rug also) 3.) getting new mattresses as they were so squeaky 4.) having clean dishes for visitor’s (property noted that visitor’s are responsible for leaving the dishes clean which I understand, but NEW visitor’s should not have to clean dirty dishes that were left behind by the previous visitor’s). Thank you!"
