"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. Great find.
"Lovely experience. No early check-in (was 3pm as stated online). Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and clean. Toiletries (shampoo. conditioner, shower gel) good quality and were full. Had bath and shower. Can use spa facilities, just need to book at check in. Close to city centre, lots to do, great food finds and shopping! Drive to Trafford centre was 15mins. Parking cost £30 for 24hrs at NCP. Overall would stay again"
