"This property is a small one bedroom house. It had everything that I could have needed for my stay. There was a living room, kitchen with dining table and chairs. Upstairs was a bathroom with electric shower and a bedroom with two single beds pushed together to make a large double. Outside was a small slabbed area leading to the parking at the rear. "Great location , off street parking a plus. Clean bedding and towels . Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine ! Some decoration , furniture showing signs of wear and tear. . Pizza cutter and a bin in the bathroom would be good. Great for a short stay and communication from host fab ."

"We enjoyed our time here; Richard was easy to contact and is very generous with items/ foods etc for us to use. It’s probably the best equipped kitchen of houses we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the showers were easy to use and the garden area is beautiful. The ducks charmed our grandchildren and we enjoyed the hot tub. There are quite a few stairs in the house and it’s next to a reasonably busy road, but neither of those things bothered us. The area is very rural with no shops in...

"A lovely, welcoming property, which was perfect for a catch up, with ample beds, towels and bedding, enough utensils for cooking a quick meal before relaxing with drinks on the patio, in the hot tub, in the airy living space or all of the above! Everything was well appointed and easy to find, loved the en suite wet room. The chickens provided unexpected entertainment and the neighbouring sheep and alpacas were very chill. "Perfect for exploring Chester on foot and close to the station. Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teenagers, not a huge amount of living space for a bigger group though."

"The location was amazing for anyone going to visit Goodison Park. It is literal steps away from the back of the Bullens stand. The unit was nice, though it could have been cleaned a bit better. There were no instructions that came with the unit so we couldn't figure out how to run the central heat and had to rely on the space heaters. We also couldn't figure out how to lock the doors (lift up on the handle while turning the key!) and had trouble finding the wifi code. A simple instruction sheet...

"Easy check-in. Excellent communication from hosts. House was a good size which catered for the five of us. Our only complaint was that there weren't enough cups for all of us to have our morning tea and coffee at the same time. Two bathroom features was a Godsend."

"Unfortunately this property was not as advertised with its gleaming photos - house was not as clean as it should have been with dust and dirt present, along with a lot of hair (that did not belong to us) on bedding and carpet. The bedroom with the two beds did not have a working radiator which left the room freezing cold and unusable for both nights for the two adults staying with me. Responses were untimely from the host and there was dog poo to greet us as we opened the gate to the front door....

"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "

"I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"

"Lovely place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the parking wasn't very clear so we got caught out by the carpark down the road! Would be helpful if there was a sign on the corner of the street."
