Sleeping up to and including 5 guests with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. This property has been newly renovated and refurbished to a high standard providing a contemporary yet homely space for you to enjoy and unwind. Situated on a quiet residential street with secure private parking and an enclosed garden.
The space
This property boasts a fully fitted bathroom with large bath and overhead shower. There is also a downstairs toilet and wash basin for your convenience. The kitchen includes an electric cooker and halogen hob, integrated fridge/freezer along with a washing machine. The dining table seats 4 guests comfortably and the outside space includes artificial grass and paved area. The stunning lounge space consists of a 3 seater and 2 seater large sofa's, a coffee table and a large 50inch smart TV which is connected to super fast broadband and with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps pre installed, should you wish to subscribe to them. For those needing to work during your stay there is a desk, table lamp and chair along with plenty of USB charging points on every plug socket for your devices.

Well Appointed House in Quiet Residential Area
The house is beautifully decorated and has all the mod-cons you could need. The living area was spacious and there was plenty of seating for 4 adults and a child. There is also a nice desk area that my daughter enjoyed doing her drawings. The Wifi was strong throughout the house and was good enough to stream on multiple devices at the same time. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The fridge stocked with milk and butter, and the coffee machine was stocked with capsules which was a lovely touch. My only issue with the kitchen was the smoke alarm in the middle of the room that went off as soon as you opened the oven even with the extractor on and the doors open. Think it should be a heat sensor, but that is only a slight gripe. The bedrooms were equally well decorated as down stairs. I found the bed perfect, my wife felt the mattress was a little firm, but we both slept soundly which is the main thing. The shower had good pressure and there was always hot water which was great. I would say that I found the floor very creaky upstairs. It wouldn't put me off staying here again and it never woke up my daughter when she was sleeping, but it was a little annoying. The house is on a quiet residential street with its own off street car parking space. The parking area is in a gated section behind the house which you can get access through the garden. The back garden has a small patio section with a larger area of artificial grass, which my 4 year old loved doing cartwheels and dancing on. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and parks within walking distance. I even stumbled across the airport terminal building on my morning run which couldn't have been more than a mile away. We didn't go into Manchester, but I saw the tramway nearby and I know from previously staying in the area that it is a quick and easy ride into town. Overall I would highly recommend staying here, Ashley was a great with all the communications and the house was perfect for our needs.
