"Juan and Bea started communicating with right away and were patient with us as we struggled through uploading our documents. They continued to communicate with us during our whole time while in Madrid. They were extremely helpful. The lace is very clean and in a great location. You are walking distance to many stores, bars, and places to eat. The bus line and the Hop on Hop Off buses all have a stop right down the street with stops to the Sofia Museum, the Prado, and downtown Madrid. The place...

"Location, size and cleanliness were all excellent. Could walk to everything. Easy check in. Sleeps five but one bedroom had trundle twin beds so it would not be ideal for two couples. Fine for a family. Bathrooms were very good. All around we would stay again."

"Dull and poorly lighted. Operated by a management company and minimally appointed, especially kitchen. Bed in first bedroom badly needs a new mattress. Does have 2 comfortable sofas. Dining table is jammed between a sofa and a wall. Depressing place."

"I lived in Madrid a few years ago and decided to come back to visit with my partner. I picked this place because of the location. It is very central and within walking distance to many attractions and metro/bus. The apartment looked just like the pictures. It is in the attic though (as stated). So, if you’re taller be careful to not hit your head. It was very cute, simple, and clean. As previously mentioned by others, it is on the fifth floor with no elevator so it definitely is not handicap...
