"My husband and I stayed in this idyllic Shephards hut whilst on a trip to look after our Grandchild during the day time . After running around after a 4 year old all day , it was a welcome sanctuary to come home to this beautiful dwelling with its lovely fairy lights and delightfully warm hot tub to recharge our worn out bodies for the next days shenanigans . "We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "The property was amazing , true to its pictures . Immaculate and had everything you needed for a great weekend . Plenty of towels , crockery and toiletries. Hot tub and swimming pool were nice and clean . The host , Karen , was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her . The late checkout on a Sunday was a great bonus . "Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...

"The Shepherds Nest is the best Shepherds Hut we’ve stayed in, for space, amenities and for hospitality. It’s well built, furnished to a high standard and there’s a lot of thought gone into everything. Charlie and Carol were really welcoming and there were lots of little touches, and nice surprises on our arrival. The outside bath is great, in all weathers! We’d highly recommend."

"We just stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Although at one point we didn’t think we would make it due to restriction, he hosts could not have been more helpful to make it easy for us. The barns were beautiful, the scenery was beautiful. Location was perfect! Could not fault it at all. Thank you for hosting us, and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful barn!"

"This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful location - far enough away to be quiet and peaceful but not so far away from anything that you felt stranded. Hot tub was amazing and very much appreciated at the end of each day when we had been out walking in Cheddar etc. Bed and facilities were all excellent. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases.
