The owners thought of many of those details that make a place stand out: nespresso machine, excellent/quiet/new ventilation system, a drawer full of items that travelers may have forgotten (ear plugs, toothbrush, etc), very comfortable beds. This is an excellent alternative to a hotel."

"We had a relaxing 3 night stay at this penthouse. Everything was just as described. The location can't be beat. Everything we needed was in walkable distance. It's a big plus to have a dedicated off street parking space. Most of our time was spent enjoying the penthouse and the private deck. We stayed in the penthouse across the hall last year which was also wonderful. We will be back."

"We were within a mile (mainly closer) walk to everywhere near and around downtown Santa Barbara. The unit was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood felt very safe, and again, was in a great location to access all of the downtown sites, as well as to the harbor."

"The Dux is has a fun, eclectic vibe. The apartment is very conveniently located..restaurants, bakeries and cafes all within walking distance. Papa Dux has a cozy outdoor space with a fire pit which we made good use of. The kitchen was well equipped and the communication with the property manager was easy."
