Dog Friendly. Our ocean view studio is located one block to restaurants, the Red Kettle Coffee Shop, shopping and the beach. Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, sofa bed (full), bath w tub, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Dogs are welcome-max 2 dogs. ($75 flat rate/one time pet fee.) Provided: Linens Towels (Shower & Beach) Coffee maker/coffee - kpods, tea and creamer included Microwave only (NO stove/oven) Refrigerator Surfboard (1) & Boogie Boards (2) Beach Toys Ear Plugs - Summerland has great views but it does have freeway noise. Dog needs - just ask if you forgot anything. $75 one time pet fee. 2 dogs maximum. Its a 10min drive from the Amtrak station which makes for an excellent home base for anything you may want to do around the area. Aside from the great quiet location, its also an incredibly cute guest house with a kind a helpful host. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again myself! ##### Leah K. A great location, great view, and a perfect spot to stay in when visiting the Santa Barbara area. Some really great restaurants, shops and a beach all within walking distance.
