The bed was very hard , not comfortable ant all, and we were initially placed in a room next to a door that opened and closed very heavily throughout the night. We requested a new room for the second night, it was a huge improvement. No noise at all or doors slamming. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. The continental breakfast was nice and coffee machine was fantastic! It made lattes, cappuccino, espresso, with a frother. A very nice treat!
