"Wonderful spot, went with our kiddos and had a great week. Spent one day in Summerland walking and checking local shops, several owners were there and very kind. Home was perfect for relaxing between each days adventures. Perk, hummingbirds were busy at the feeders so great mornings enjoying coffee with an ocean view and birdies."

"This is a 136 year old house which has been up dated.Toaster old, broken.. Frying pan warped. Lots of dishes. Kitchen update good. Master bath update nice!The mattresses in the front bedroom are in dire need of replacement. Outdoor cushions for chairs dirty.Fire table did not work.Even though freeway noise, and train noise were mentioned, it was very loud. Ear plugs recommend for sleeping. One ply toilet paper was not appreciated.Great landscaping! Really nice back yard!"

"This place accommodated our needs just fine and the location was for sure the best part. The house itself is nothing fancy & could use some updating. Seemed a little odd to have wires just taped to the floor in the closet and the shower in the master was difficult to turn on. Kitchen could be better stocked if you want to cook in often. "

"Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom."

"This was such a perfect, relaxing, casual vibe for our 3-day weekend. There is a roomy living room and a kitchen that is stocked with pretty much everything you would need. The backyard is a great place to hang out and the ocean view out the front window was so peaceful. This cottage is also walkable within 3-5 minutes to coffee shops, bookstore, boutiques and restaurants. Super cute town and we would stay there again."
