The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos: in great condition, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and some nice extras. The king size bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and the older kids loved their bunk beds. There's a unit above the rental but that was never an issue, the soundproofing was really good and the other guests all very respectful. The rental was great for our toddler, we could close the gate to the patio and he could move between the indoors and outdoors all he liked.We spent a lot of time relaxing on the beautiful private patio and in the incredible shared garden areas. It's like being in a tropical paradise.The location is fantastic and why we initially chose this rental. It's across the street from a park, next door to a gorgeous shop and gardens, a couple doors down from a great brunch spot, and a short walk up the road to downtown Summerland. Meanwhile Santa Barbara and Carpinteria are both less than a 10-minute drive away.
