Campanil Hill, where this home is located, is known worldwide for the recognizable palm tree-lined hilltop just outside the south gates of Hope Ranch. Seascape is a beautifully executed architectural achievement on this iconic hilltop with an "away from it all" sense of privacy yet only a five-minute drive to Arroyo Burro "Hendry's" Beach. Downtown will be about a 15-minute drive. Take the scenic route along Shoreline Drive to Cabrillo Boulevard, where wide sandy beaches, Stearn's Wharf, The Harbor, and plenty of restaurants and shops reside. Remodeled over the years and completed in 2021, this 2,900-square-foot mid-century home offers numerous memorable and unique points of view. With spacious suites and separation between rooms, the property is ideal for family functions, friendly reunions, and "snowbirds" escaping the chill of ice-cold winters back east. Beginning on the ground floor is a spacious guest suite with a queen-size bed, full bathroom, television, desk, and sitting area. With the convenience of an additional entrance, there is easy access to and from the motor court and an open invitation to slip away for a soothing soak in the sizable Jacuzzi tub just outside. Whether star-gazing from the seating area after a soak, dining at the four-top, or simply breathing in the stillness of the surroundings, it's a great place to relax. On the mezzanine off the entry foyer is a generously sized bedroom with a king-size bed and a private balcony looking through towering pine trees to the ocean beyond. On the main floor, soaring ceilings, wood beams, and light pouring in through windows and doors give this home its characteristic indoor-outdoor appeal. The impressive fossilized concrete fireplace adds drama to a stunning living room with a television, sectional, sliders to the deck, and panoramic views for miles and miles. Accented by a chic orange pendant, the dining room shares the same coastline panorama. Dine outside or relax on the scenic deck where two sectionals temp sun worshippers to linger. With Jenn-Air appliances, great storage, and vast counter space, an open-plan kitchen becomes the center of attention at mealtime. Whip up a tasty batch of pancakes or a healthy smoothie in the Vitamix on those mornings when hungry kids sit perched at the breakfast bar with a "What's for breakfast" attitude! You got this! Up a few stairs off the main level is the clever bunk room. With a twin bed on the top and a full-size bed on the bottom, the bunk bed can sleep up to three.
