Full kitchen, including dishwasher, very private patio space and a lovely mountain view of the SB Riviera. This cozy penthouse apt was very quiet and the bed comfortable (really lovely linens). The unit is light and bright, very clean and quiet, with pleasant views. The shower was great and the bed and other furniture were in good condition and comfortable. The deck and lounge chairs were very nice, we spent a good deal of time there just enjoying the beautiful weather. The location is ideal, it's an easy and pleasant walk to State St and the beach and harbor. There were a few very minor issues (entry instructions could be updated, toaster half-worked, could use some instructions for hvac units, wax buildup on table, one or two of the stove burners wouldn't light) but they did not adversely affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying again the next time we're in Santa Barbara! ##### Paul W.
