The primary bedroom has a king bed and French doors leading out to a private balcony with seating. The kitchen has all stainless appliances with direct access to the balcony which wraps around the open-concept living and dining room. There are single steps throughout the apartment, marked with caution tape. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a single daybed with a trundle with access to the wraparound balcony. Both bathrooms have glass walk-in rain showers and large vanities. Includes a flat-screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system and electric fireplace for ultimate comfort. Complete with an in-unit washer and dryer. Very accomodating for new baby and mom visiting family in Santa Barbara. All issues were addressed in a timely manner. This unit gave us space to interact together and to each have personal space. Walkable to so many things on State Street, sunset views from the balcony, and beautiful inside and out. We also loved the balcony off the kitchen for sunny morning coffee.
