The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. The primary bedroom of this 843 sqft unit has a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with dual-sink vanity and shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bath with a rain shower/tub combo. The living room Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa sleeps two guests on a comfortable queen mattress. The full kitchen has all stainless appliances with an open-concept living and dining room. In addition, there is an in-unit washer/dryer, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system in all rooms for ultimate comfort. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.\* \*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays.
