The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. This 209 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us on our dedicated hospitality line, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay! \## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. All the basic amenities that you could ask for were there including basic listed appliances (not the washer/dryer). couple of things to note. - The lock code works but you have to be delicate with pulling the lever to gain entry, do not twist and/or yank it to open the door. - Thermostat works but you have to go to settings before you can select heat and then adjust temperature. - The parking could have some gravel added to fix a little puddle or two that built with rain. Overall, a great place, that is conveniently located within walking distance of the courthouse and other places anyone would want to visit. ##### Jawad A.
