"My husband and I stayed in this idyllic Shephards hut whilst on a trip to look after our Grandchild during the day time . After running around after a 4 year old all day , it was a welcome sanctuary to come home to this beautiful dwelling with its lovely fairy lights and delightfully warm hot tub to recharge our worn out bodies for the next days shenanigans . Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and have a few days for ourselves to explore the beautiful surroundings . We will definitely...

"Fab property in lovely location. Handy for exploring Cheddar Gorge & Caves. All amenities you could want with the addition of a great poor.. we visited on a hot weekend in May so this was lovely. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend. The Jones’ xx"

"The property was amazing , true to its pictures . Immaculate and had everything you needed for a great weekend . Plenty of towels , crockery and toiletries. Hot tub and swimming pool were nice and clean . The host , Karen , was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her . The late checkout on a Sunday was a great bonus . We will defo be returning ."

"This is a great place to stay. Very well made, really nicely done and in a great location. Hot tub was lovely and perfectly situated outside the patio door from the bedroom. Very impressed. Really clean and well maintained. Close to plenty of locations such as the cheddar gorge and weston supermare. Scenery is fantastic and very peaceful. Made to feel welcome. Loved it."

"Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...

"We just stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Although at one point we didn’t think we would make it due to restriction, he hosts could not have been more helpful to make it easy for us. The barns were beautiful, the scenery was beautiful. Location was perfect! Could not fault it at all. Thank you for hosting us, and thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful barn!"

"This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful location - far enough away to be quiet and peaceful but not so far away from anything that you felt stranded. Hot tub was amazing and very much appreciated at the end of each day when we had been out walking in Cheddar etc. Bed and facilities were all excellent. "Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"
