"Staff all across every area were great! All service at all restaurants, bars, poolside, room maintenance, beach clean up, etc., all was excellent. Location was beautiful. Had room issue at first with other guests in our room, but it was resolved within an hour. In the meantime we were given wrist bands to enjoy amenities as we waited. Room was spacious, got a great room upgrade. VIP service throughout our stay. I’d like to give specific names for good service, but my list was over 30 people long. I’d definitely return to Villa Del Palmar. "
