"We deliberately booked this hotel since it had a heated pool. The pool was closed everyday til the kids dinnertime and bedtime; jacuzzi was closed our entire stay. We would’ve appreciated being warned ahead of time or even told at check in. We were also supposed to receive $10 credit for each room we rented at check in. They never gave it to us… we looked like idiots at the restaurant."
