“Super Comfortable Stay”
The hotel was just gorgeous. The rooms and bathroom were modern, clean and had great amenities. The hotel gym was one of the nicest of any I've seen and the sauna and pool were very nice. The hotel was just off Union Square and was very easy to get to and had tons of great stuff around it. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
“Matthew”
Front of house were rude, arrogant and LACEKED ANY professional and communiaction skils. Most conversations turned into an argument, where has the customer is aleats right gone to?? They made you pay for the gym, ON TOP of what you already paid to stay in the actual hotel - i don't know about you but i have never had to pay for a gym on top of what i have already paidfor the hotel? The rooms were small, no bed side lighting, so getting up in the middle of the night proved very difficult and poor cleaning of the room. Would never stay there again! Rubbish....
“Great hotel - inc for families - expensive”
Indoor pool was a highlight for my kids! Will go back when staying in SF.
“need to be better”
The hotel locates in convenient place. However, the service need to be better.
“yass”
Great Hotel, great location
“I've seen closets bigger than my room.”
Tiny little box of a room. Poor room layout. Snowy reception on some channels. Electrician told me it's a building wide issue No HDTV. Paint is chipped away on elevator doors. Gym is big, but they charge $10 a stay to use it. Wifi is $15 a day but you can get wifi at the Starbucks in the building. Overall, the place is a bit dated and overpriced.
“great stay!!!”
Hotel was beautiful and convenient. Two block from BART, cable cars, and munis. Restaurant was a bit pricey but there were surrounding eats nearby.....Lori's Diner, Starbucks nextdoor. Room was large, 2 double beds, separate shower and large tub! Vanity, hallway, and large double closet. Complimentary essentials were nice. Take the BART from SFO and get off at Powell St station. The Visitor's Center is at the stop. Buy multiple day passes for Muni/Cable Cars to save money. We bought unlimited transportation pass (not BART) for 9 days with entrance into 5 museums for only $69 pp. Cable car stop is at O'Farrell or two block down to the end at Powell. Walgreens around the corner if you need essentials. Great location and friendly, professional service at Hotel Nikko. Will stay there again!!!!
“Excellent staff and clean room are reasons I will go back.”
The staff were very nice. The room was clean and the color of the room made me feel relax. I had my breakfast at the hotel. Although the selection was a little bit limited, the quality of food was good.
“Extremely pleased”
I felt very satisfied with this hotel. Stayed in the imperial section (top 3 floors). Nice hifi in room, great fitness center, friendly staff and amazing breakfast.
“Great hotel”
Room is very clean and cozy. I love it !
