"As long as you go with realistic expectations you will be ok at the Lucarelli. We received a great welcome and we had a good nights sleep. The room was basic definitely no-frills but the TV gave good service, and all we needed was a stopover on a long journey. We were too tired to dine in the restaurant but I know from previous visits that the food and service is really good. It was certainly busy last night which is a good sign."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Lion . We had our own car parking space . The breakfast was outstanding . Very hot plenty of it and delicious. The only downside was they didn’t do meals in the evening. But they are ready to recommend places that do great meals ie The Old Castle. We would definitely stay there again."

"The White House was easy to find, with parking outside. Our hosts were lovely, genial and very welcoming. Our ensuite room was warm, comfortable and homely. The complimentary welcome tray was the best I've ever seen with lovely homemade cake (huge slices!) 2 small bottles of wine and 2 bottles of water. The beds were in the firm category which suited my husband more than me. Our room was at the back of the house and was very peaceful at night time and the village seemed quiet the next...

Welcome texts before I arrived was a lovely touch, plenty of local information for those staying on holiday and a very personal service all round. Room wasn’t the most modern but very comfortable and quiet - I had a great sleep! It made a lovely change to stay in a family run B&B whilst away with work rather than the somewhat soulless hotel chain 😊"

"Short two night stay over the Christmas period, the house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Location was ideal has we had arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum, also we had lovely meal booked at the Bella Dona Italian restaurant both within a short drive. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests.
