"We had a marvelous stay at the Residency. Nice room, good air con. Great location. Great breakfast. But it is the staff that make this hotel. They are wonderful, they make a good hotel into a truly wonderful one. Highly recommended "

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make us happy. Thanks very much to all."
"Overall a very nice hotel! But at the highest level it lacks certain finer things.
One weird thing is its location of its two elevators. Given the expanse / layout of the structure there should have elevators on both ends. It is almost a long rectangular building. So if your room happens to be on the far end it can be a walk particularly for elderly or someone with a disability! That’s one downside of this otherwise beautiful property "
