This property is not a 5 star hotel. Do not be fooled by the facade. You are in for a disappointing journey staying here. This hotel is a Covid-19 disaster waiting to happen. The staff dose not wear masks. You can tell they have no sanitizing practices. The housekeeping service is horrible, down right filthy. The rooms have mildew and fungus throughout. The linens and towels look like they are years old. The rooms have a musty smell to them. Do not expect to get the amenities that you read, absolute false advertising. The front desk agents would rather do anything else than help guests. The concierge service is not a concierge service, but a couple of ladies that do not speak English very well and no knowledge of the property and surrounding areas. Be ready to be taken for a ride when you check out. You want soap that's a extra charge for asking, you want an extra towel that's an extra charge. You want your room cleaned beyond cleaning times, that's an extra charge. Down right ridiculous. You have been warned. Stay somewhere else like the Grand Hyatt, or the Trident if you need to be by the US consulate. You will thank me.
