We found the staff here very helpful and friendly. Handy for the beach and other amenities in St Anne's. Would not normally come to the Fylde for leisure activities but were here for family reasons. Pleased with the hotel however and was pleasantly surprised by St Anne's as a place to spend some time in.
The hotel was clean, well decorated and well furnished. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very informative. The breakfast was lovely - there was a great choice in food and it was fresh and cooked well. I would absolutely stay again and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in St Anne's.
Lovely hotel but a bit tired in places. Standard rooms are not good value for money but the boutique rooms and suites have been refurbished to a good standard. I upgraded from a standard twin to a suite which was absolutely gorgeous and extremely spacious. The staff weren't particularly memorable as they didn't make much of an effort to be friendly apart from one member of staff who stood out head and shoulders above the other. There are lits if amenities which the hotel could promote more such as a spa and gym, there is also s pool and hair salon. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Friendly reception and a clean, comfortable room. This was one of the cheaper rooms, but still had a sea view. St Annes on Sea was as chilly as always, but the room was snug with an effective heater. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were welcome, and a nice cooked breakfast in the morning.
We had a wonderful overnight stay at the St Ives Hotel. We had an upgraded room that had recently been decorated. Our stay was for B&B so I can only comment on that. The selection was very good. It was buffet style and was constantly checked and replenished.
The hotel is very near to the square where there is a good selection of shops. The hotel is also near to the bus stops and the famous pier.
We are looking forward to revisiting the hotel later in the year.
It was a last minute booking but the hotel did what we wanted.
The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was snug but the water was hot and the shower was good.
The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice.
Service with a smile.
All at a decent price.
Lytham St Anne's is an affluent town on the Lancashire coast, home to four golf courses including the world famous Royal Lytham St Anne's Golf Club, which regularly hosts major tournaments. The town itself is sedate and pretty, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Bird-watchers flock to the Ribble Estuary to observe the waders and the area's sand dunes are a haven for rare plant species.
