"Ice cold tiny pokey room at back of the hotel. Had to go buy a fan heater at B&M. The room would be more suitably used as a linen store. They need to maintain the hotel at a comfortable 21C in all areas."

"A “well used” hotel - still use actual keys for rooms (nothing wrong with that but indicates lack of updates). Shabby carpet in reception repaired with gaffer tape (not great for 1st impressions). Rooms lacking soundproofing. Can’t comment further as decided it wasn’t for me and checked out without staying - this was within 10 mins of checking in, receptionist looked perplexed but didn’t actually ask if anything was wrong. The room was clean."
