"room was fab and could see the Tower especially at night. Happy to look at the football stadium - however very noisy as people working on maintaining it - sat and sunday. Bar staff and breakfast staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble. One of the Receptionists not very helpful especially as had a bit of trouble with the parking. Beware - I was very upset at how nonchalent she was with regard to the issue and no help at all."

The clientele is lively and appeared to be mostly retirees, though there was a sprinkling of younger visitors. Food service is efficient and speedy ... obviously organized enough to handle groups. The staff we met were pleasant, friendly and efficient."
