"After a rather pot holed approach road to the site you are greeted by a terraced bungalow complex. On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. I met her in the grounds as I was checking out and her dog was growling at me.My room was adequate and nicely carpeted with...

No shampoo and body wash provided as it's a budget price, but it still represents excellent value. Very comfy bed, fluffy white towels and plenty hot water / good shower pressure. "I had a very pleasant stay at Chimneys. A lovely old house, despite it being on a main road into town (15 min walk) it was very quiet. I had a cosy room with the usual amenities, a nice view and a private bathroom across the hall. There is a good choice of breakfasts, and they'll do their best if you have any special requirements. Suhel (Manager) was very welcoming and breakfast was ready when I went to the dining room (time & breakfast choice was arranged whilst I signed-in) I was free to come...
