Staff - friendly and helpful
Parking - very difficult if you arrive after 10:30pm as NCP car park closes. On street parking maximum is 2 hours starting at 8am and can't be prepaid in the evening.
Room - I arrived after midnight and was booked in to a wheelchair friendly room on the ground floor. The room was tired with water marks on the carpet and stains on chairs. As the windows point towards a loading bay, a lot of noise could be heard from about 7am.
Overall a nice enough place, though the price is a little bit high for what you get in Leeds.

Booked and pre-paid for 2 rooms. On arrival found that one room had been cancelled (by Marriott). Fortunately, there were spare rooms available.
Rooms overlooked the courtyard - which was good as the noise level was much less than if facing the street, although the rumble of trains could still be heard. Decor was ok. Could do with a thorough dusting.
Beds were ok. Very soft mattresses.
Breakfast was the only meal taken. Standard buffet but really above standard staff.
Hotel was lovely to stay in, right in the middle of the city so everything is right on your doorstep. Only problem was parking, not a massive car park so gets full up quite quickly, we ended up parking in a car park just a short walk from the hotel which turned out to be quite a lot cheaper then parking at the hotel.
