"It wasn’t the property advertised they obviously have a number of flats they allocate as needed. This one was a one bed studio not as I thought I was getting and on the second floor up some very steep stairs that I found a little challenging. Access needs were not asked. Cleanliness could have been better especially around skirting’s and light switches etc. hall light didn’t work etc. kitchen bin would not close otherwise the place was ok."
"Great property for the family, great facilities in the room and helpful staff at reception who looked after our bags the next day before travelling home"

"This was an excellent one night stay at a lovely hotel in the middle of Leeds. To be honest, I have often ignored Queens, as I had the impression that although high quality, it was expensive. However, when I booked, the price including breakfast was actually less than the nearby Wellington Premier Inn.
The room was well appointed, very clean and quiet. The bar was a lovely room and reasonably priced for a hotel bar. The only complaint I would have is the poor choice of beers, with only lagers on draught and no bitters or IPA.
Breakfast was buffet style but excellent, with plenty of choice of hot food, cold food, pastries and cereals. The only negative was that the tables were very close together, and the clients were not spread about the room, but concentrated in one area exacerbating the noise."
"We had a lovely time and the only thing I would change is to have one king bed rather than 2 large beds pushed together. The beds kept pushing away from eachother making sleeping ABIT awkward. But everything else was really good. "
"The bed is so comfortable..the best in Leeds. Room is so clean & with aircon. Location is a dream & so close to restaurants & supermarkets. parking is excellent. Well worth the money & will stay again. Highly recommended. "
"
The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful.
The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise at night, after the Lionesses roared, but no problem there!
An excellent stay which I shall repeat in the future."
