These are clean well maintained rooms in the center of downtown Leeds. They were spacious and well appointed. It really improved the quality of my stay. I would look to stay there again where I ever to come back, or if they had a similar setup in another city.

We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Communication
The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November! If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo women travellers. Luckily, I was with my partner but the property owners need to rethink the security in each apartment. The staff were OK, not very pleasant or chatty, except Kat on arrival who was lovely. No kitchen roll nor dish towels and our dishwasher had been fitted wrongly so we could not use. Not as good as their competitor Roomzzz who are leagues ahead in this market. Sorry, not for us!

The staff were very lovely and accommodating. The room itself was a good size and had everything needed in it. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would 100% stay again.
