"Parking was great staff and hotel lovely bed was very comfy Shower wasn’t that hot I would have liked to have been able to turn it up more and the lighting in the room was absolutely awful literally couldn’t see to put my makeup on why these major hotels don’t put good lighting in I will never know "

"Our stay at Hyatt House was mostly awesome even though it was a very short stay. We arrived at 2.30 but were told that the room was ready and that we could check in early which was great. The room was huge with a massive bed which was very comfy, great little kitchen, decent shower with amazing huge thick towels, sofa and big tv with a personalised welcome message. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of cooked and continental options and unlimited tea, coffee and juice. The room was let down slightly with lack of attention to cleanliness in some areas. Whilst the main room, surfaces and bed all seemed fresh and clean the bathroom wasn't up to scratch. We walked in to find a big toenail clipping and quite a few long strands of hair on the floor and towel that was on the rail. One of the mugs had dried on coffee froth around the rim and the glasses in the cupboard were pretty gross with fluff, fingerprints and hairs on all of them. Overall our stay was positive and I'd return again. We were there for less than an hour before leaving for the Europes strongest man contest and arrived back just before midnight so didn’t bother highlighting the issues as some weren't noticed until we came back at night. If we were staying longer we'd have given staff the opportunity to rectify the issues during our stay but didn’t think it was worth it for the time we had there. Reported to friendly desk staff on checkout and were told cleaning staff would be notified and retrained. "

"The hotel was generally nice enough, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant overall atmosphere. Staff were friendly and the stay was enjoyable in many ways. However, the communal toilets in the bar area were disappointing, as they were not very clean and some of the taps were not working, which let the standard down. It was also frustrating that the bar closed to residents quite early, limiting the chance to relax later in the evening. Overall, an acceptable stay, but a few improvements would make a big difference."

"The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and a handy city centre location. However, rooms were uncomfortably warm with no air conditioning. There was also a lot of noise during the night from a lane that the bedroom faced onto."

"The room was spacious and clean, just what you need for a base for a family visit. The pool is small but nice, water not cold. The breakfast is fantastic, with a very good choice of hot and cold food. The area is a modern office heavy area but with coffee shops and local tesco/sainsburys to grab snacks etc. About a 10 minute walk to the station/main shopping area. Car parking is plentiful but is an extra charge to be aware of. A great stay, I think our third, we will be back."

"It was ok. It was my wife’s 40th and wasn’t much of a fuss made and the room was really small. We had another couple stay at the same hotel at the same time paid less and they was offered a bigger room on arrival and free parking. They had a bigger room for free and they paid less and they was celebrating me wife’s 40th which was disappointing. Other than that it was a Nike clean today place and staff was welcoming "
