The house is setup with every convenience and luxury. The town offers a lovely bakery, fun pubs and restaurants and a close grocery for anything you left behind. "Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"The communication was a bit wonky. Didn't get the check-in instructions email. If it was sent outside of hotels.com it may have ended up in junk or spam since the email. We never did track down the email, but were able to reach our host via phone who then texted us instructions.
