Enjoyed our stay in bijou cabin situated in the host's secret garden but completely separate from the main house Close to beaches and amenities and all that West Wight has to offer. Ideal for a mini break away from the hub-bub with the bonus of being pet friendly.
Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2023

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The Bay Cabin had everything we needed for a quiet getaway. The facilities were excellent. We liked that we had a nice secluded, quiet spot. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. It was an ideal base for to explore West Wight - Totland Bay and Freshwater in particular.
Sarah the host was very welcoming and pleasant… the cabin was just as described including everything needed for a short or long break.
Would definitely consider booking again …highly recommended.
Excellent property great location for exploring the island. The host greeted us with warmth and showed us all the facilities at the property which, was the best we have had over many years of using VRBO properties. Will book again and recommend to friends.
We had a good 3 nights staying here. Good location for getting out and visiting places on the island. Sarah was a good host. Didn't realise there was no TV but overcame this using an ipad. The broadband was more than strong enough to support streaming.
Everything was super simple leading up to our stay in terms of comms with the owner. At the bottom of the garden with its own access, the cabin itself is small, clean and cosy - a good shower, heating that works, all that one needs. It backs onto a field that is ideal for the dog in the early morning. And the location is a stone's throw from the downs and beaches on the island's rugged and spectacular southern coast. Will return for sure.
Enjoyed our stay at The Bay Cabin but would have liked a little more clothes hanging facilities. Sarah the host is lovely and made us very welcome. 5 minutes into village and 5 minutes to the bay and Tennyson Down.
Host Sarah was very welcoming. Cabin was very peaceful and exactly what we needed for a short break with our dog.Great location with shops and amenities a short walk away. Perfect for exploring the Island.
