"As soon as we entered the lobby, exhausted from flying all night, we were greeted by Afife. She was so pleasant and helpful each and every day were were there, as were all of the staff. Property was central to so many sights in London. Room and hotel was clean and very comfortable…complimentary water provided each day, cafe in the lobby was perfect. "

Also the HVAC in the room was pre set not to go below 24C and the room fan did not operate consistently for the week which I believe was an electrical wiring issue. "Lovely room, comfortable bed and not noisy. Lighting wasn’t great for makeup etc but was aesthetically pleasing. We received cookies in the room and sweets when checking in, and there was popcorn which was a nice touch. Pool was fab. Only issue was the bar service, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our drinks and the staff were grumpy and avoided eye contact at all costs. But fortunately a new member of staff was there when we were paying the bill and was very apologetic and gave us a free...
