"Fantastic setting. great view from front of apartment and cosy peaceful terrace at rear. Apartment is huge. Everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Supermarket downstairs for all food and drink needs. Mattress in double bed was a bit hard -but that's a personal comfort issue. The information folder in apartment is not up to date and could do with a re vamp. Check out was too early at 10.00 . Was advised luggage could be stored in lockers...

What an amazing setting, it’s not often you can stay in a real Venician Palace - the architecture and decor is beautiful. "Location was great. The room was probably smaller than my university accommodation, though. It’s quite cheap and clean and hotel staff were happy to assist with stuff (extra towels, minor maintenance etc.). We had a leak in the air con which luckily occurred on our last day. Otherwise, it would’ve been very inconvenient. "
