"Grounds are big and beautiful! Lots of wildlife and beauty....Everyone we met was very friendly, room service especially surprised me. Lots of stuff to do for kids!! Mini zoo, water park, pool, indoor play area and an "ok" beach for playing in the sand. Food was survivable at the buffet. Slightly better at restaurants. Drinks at bars were lackluster. "We liked that the property was very clean and it had an option for booking a Villa which was ideal for us since we had a family of 2 with 2 toddlers. They were able to play in the living room together and had a large space to run around. The hot tub in the patio area was also a bonus. The restaurants had great food and there were lots of options. "We loved staying here! The staff was absolutely amazing, they did fun activities in the pool and on tje beach daily, and love the large selection of food! Only complaints we have is most of the power outlets would show power but never charge anything, bedside light didnt work, and we couldnt leave food or drink because of ants. Otherwise this was an amazing stay!"
