The flat was perfect for our needs, only a short walk to the South Kensington station and lots of good dining places. The staff is really nice and helpfull but in weekends the buffet breakfast was way too crouwded. 1 minus: inside the hotel it is super hot and it is not possible to open any windows in the hotel rooms "
