"Hotel staff was great. Nuria was very informative on local activities and getting us to where we wanted to go. We were able to get to a viewing site for the Matterhorn thanks to her help. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were nice and spacious. One of the few hotels that I actually didn't want to leave, because I was comfortable there. "

Highlights included the breakfast (which was fantastic ), the rain shower (in-room), and the swimming pool! That said, we wish it had been communicated beforehand that some of the spa amenities were swimsuit free, as this might have influenced our decision about where to stay."

"The room was lovely, bright, clean and with an outstanding view. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant and included breakfast was also wonderful and very convenient. The only downside to thus hotel is it’s lacking some amenities, (hot tub, in room coffee), however we would absolutely stay again. The location just off the tram stop made it also easier to get to than other remote hotels in the higher Lauterbrunnen valley. We will be back! "
